Learn about our process

  • The first step is to make an enquiry. For a smoother process, please attach to your enquiry any relevant information including plans, your inspiration, dimensions and any budgetary/ timing constraints.

    Jump straight to enquiry HERE

  • Once we’ve heard from you, we’ll organise a catch-up to go over the details. This can be on the phone, in our Murwillumbah workshop, or when possible we’ll come out to your space/ job site. We will determine at this stage whether you require design/ documentation or if we can go straight to a quote.

  • If you don’t have a design, or are stuck with your ideas, we are able to provide in-house design services to bring your vision to life.

If you are an industry professional, we can work in collaboration to formulate a detailed design for your project.

Harry holds a Masters of Architecture and years of experience in bespoke residential design meaning we are more than capable of assisting with everything from full floor plans to detailed joinery design

For more information on design process and costings, see HERE

  • Once we have the information required, we will provide you with a quote and estimated completion date. Once you have approved the quote at the link we send, we will send an invoice for a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon proof of completion/ end of installation.

*For larger projects, this may be broken down in a customised way to suit the project duration.

  • If your job involves the use of a uniquely sourced material including salvaged material, a unique timber species or personal timber, the first step prior to construction is to procure the material and make it ready for the project.

We keep a range of materials in supply in our workshop to be able to cover most projects.

  • We’ve agreed on the price, materials are secured, design details are locked in. We’re now ready to get stuck into construction!

We love to send our clients progress shots and videos as we work through the design and can arrange workshop visits to see it in action.

  • The final stage is installation of your special piece of furniture or custom joinery. We generally handle this stage all ourselves but will sometimes recruit the assistance of professional moving and installation services when needed.

  • You get to enjoy the work we have created in your space! We provide all the supplies and knowledge you need to maintain it and ensure it stays looking beautiful forever.

Once the installation is complete, we sign off on the job and the remaining 50% is paid.
